As an experienced seller on e-commerce, we put customers satisfaction on the first priority. We offer 30 days for return and guarantee to get your money back. Shophappily Refund & Return Policy:

We guarantee customers can return the item within 30 days after delivery.
This is not a "no question asked" return policy because of the high rate of international shipping fee and the variety of  product category, we apologize that we cannot offer this services at this time. However, please contact us if you have any problem as we seek to accommodate our customers as we can. Our goal is simply made every customers happy.

Casual Return* is accepted, which mean the item is not broken, defected or not fit for the purpose sold. Neverthless, all  return item must be :

- Keep original packing of the products.

- Complete product and accessories return with factory condition

- Buyer is responsible to the return shipping fees for casual return and we will refund the product price after received the parcel.

- The refund amount do not include any express fees, taxes or similars.

- Contact us and leave us the tracking number of the parcel you send and your order details. This step is to identify your parcel and refund.

Defective / Damaged 

We have calibrated every unit before shipping. In fact, there is a high possibility of customers do not know how to operate the products especially some controller adapters. Please contact us and our professional team will guide you how to use it correctly.

If you decided to return, please send it back with original packaging. In some cases, pictures or short video maybe required for reference. If it is not available, please describe the reason specificity.

How to Return the item?

You have 30 days to contact us for refund from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 30 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Please send the item back to our given address after our confirmation. All returned items MUST BE in original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number in order to protect both party.


Step 1. - Please contact us by email or open a request by clicking  button. Prepare your photos or videos if needed.


Step 2. - We will contact you within 48hr (Holiday Excluded), please check your email and make sure you have left us a correct email in the return form.


Step 3. - We will verify your request. If a return is needed, please follow our instruction to return it back.


Step 4. - After received your return, we will refund your order or send  you a replacement
